This class offers poses that challenge your strength, stamina, balance and flexibility whilst focusing on yoga poses to create a vinyasa flow using your breathe. Vinyasa Yoga particularly develops core muscle strength and stability, including standing poses, and elevates your heart rate to promote stamina. Ce cours propose des poses qui mettent à l'épreuve votre force, votre endurance, votre équilibre et votre souplesse tout en vous concentrant sur votre respiration. Le Hatha Yoga développe particulièrement la force et la stabilité des muscles du tronc et les poses comprennent des poses debout ainsi que la méditation pour favoriser la relaxation.
